Her Own Thing · The first step

The 14-day
validation
sprint.

Two weeks of self-guided work that takes a problem you already notice in your industry and turns it into evidence. It is the same method Founder Studio is built on, in its smallest form.

Self-guided. Includes The Playbook and the Founder Workbook.

Where this sits

The sprint is the door.
Founder Studio is the room.

Step one

The 14-Day Validation Sprint

Self-guided, on your own time. You learn the method and gather your first real evidence about one problem.

Step two

Founder Studio

Guided work on turning that evidence into a technology concept you can own. Currently early access, by waitlist.

The fourteen days

Stop wondering.
Get evidence.

  1. 01

    Days 1 to 2

    The problem

Write down the friction you already notice at work, in plain language, without turning it into a product yet.

  2. 02

    Days 3 to 5

    The evidence

Look for proof the problem exists beyond you: workarounds, complaints, spreadsheets, money already being spent.

  3. 03

    Days 6 to 8

    The humans

Talk to a small number of people who live with the same problem, using questions that do not lead them.

  4. 04

    Days 9 to 11

    The hypothesis

Turn what you heard into one testable statement about who has the problem and what a fix would be worth.

  5. 05

    Days 12 to 14

    The test

Put the smallest possible version of the idea in front of real people and record what actually happens.

Day 14: build, pivot or kill.

What you leave with

Not a pitch deck.
A decision.

  • /A clearly written problem statement
  • /Evidence the problem exists outside your own head
  • /Notes from real conversations
  • /A named customer, not a vague audience
  • /One testable hypothesis
  • /A record of what people did, not what they said
  • /A build, pivot or kill decision you can defend

Fourteen days is what it takes to stop wondering.

When you are ready for guided work on what you find, Founder Studio is the next step.
